WOODSTOCK, Vt. - White River Valley boys soccer’s season ended Tuesday afternoon with a 0-2 loss at Woodstock in the first round of the playoffs.
The ninth-seeded Wildcats were back on the same field where they had played the Wasps to a 2-2 draw five days earlier. This time Woodstock got goals from Luke Hecker and Henry Freyer, and Wasps goalkeeper Grayson Hughes made several key saves.
