THETFORD, Vt. — Thetford girls soccer came up one goal short at home Tuesday, falling 2-1 to Lyndon Institute. The Panthers scored once but could not find the equalizer, and they move to 4-8 on the season.
It was a close game against a team in their league. Lyndon picked up its second win of the season and moves to 2-7, while Thetford will look to bounce back at home at the end of the week.
Thetford girls soccer is next at home against North Country on Friday, October 9, at 4:00 p.m.
