MONTPELIER, Vt. — Hartford volleyball ground out a five-set road win Monday, edging Montpelier 3-2. The Hurricanes move to 6-1 and left the Solons at 4-3 after a long night away from home in their division.
It was a needed bounce-back on the road. Hartford answered last week’s sweep at Harwood with a grit win in Montpelier and kept rolling at 6-1 after Saturday’s home sweep of Mt. Abraham.
Hartford volleyball is next at home against Middlebury on Saturday, October 3, at 12:30 p.m.
